Why Lava, Lolegaon & Rishyap?

At 2,350m, Lava is the gateway to Neora Valley National Park — one of India's last primary forests where red pandas still live. Lolegaon sits on a neighbouring ridge with a heart-stopping canopy walk through cryptomeria pine. Rishyap, barely a village of twenty houses, delivers perhaps the cleanest Kanchenjunga sunrise in the whole of North Bengal. No malls, no crowds, no mobile signal in places — just mist, birdsong, and the Himalaya.
